Situated in the heart of the Village of North Palm Beach, Cove Plaza runs parallel to U.S. Highway #1 at the entrance to Old Port Cove. Old Port Cove, located one mile south of PGA Blvd, is a 60-acre waterfront condominium community containing in excess of 1,000 units.

The plaza is owner/operated, maintains on-site offices and maintenance personnel for both general and the grounds.
